POSTAGE:
Our cables are produced and dispatched form our workshop in Wales, UK
All of our cables are made on order so please allow 2-3 business days production time for your order to be dispatched. For our handcrafted cables (i.e. Clio, Silvercord & Coppercord) the dispatch time is 3-4 business days.
Delivery for orders within the United Kingdom:
Postage within the UK is by Royal Mail "Tracked 48" or by "Tracked24 with signature". Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days (depending on the postage option you have chosen) after the item is dispatched and packet registration/tracking number is available after dispatch.
International Delivery:
For all of our International orders outside the European Union we use a Royal Mail "recorded service". To most destinations Royal Mail International Tracked packet is used and a packet registration/tracking number will be available after dispatch
International delivery is 6-12 working days. Please note that the above delivery times are only estimates and the actual times of delivery depend on the carrier / delivery partner at the destination country
DELIVERY TO THE EUROPEAN UNION
Delivery to EU destinations is via UPS Express Saver & UPS Economy. Please do make sure that you provide us with a valid contact tel. number when placing an order. This is a requirement by the courier.
Note that EU customers are resposnible for any import charges which are payable to the courier prior to delivery. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding orders to the EU.

All International deliveries are recorded and a tracking number is available after the order has been dispatched.
The cost and the available options for International delivery will be displayed once you have proceeded to the "check-out" and added your delivery address. If you receive a message that "no delivery options are available for your area" please do send us an email and we will offer some alternative options.

Our cables are packed in a simple but secure way to make sure that they will reach you undamaged, without unnecessary frills that would add up to the price.
We offer a 30-day return policy. So if you are not entirely happy with your cable you are welcome to return it for a different cable or for a full refund.
Terms:
The audio cables that are sold in the Yannis Tomé website are not stocked, off-the-shelf items. All of our cables are made to order according to the customer's specifications. We typically produce and dispatch your your order in 2-3 business days for our branded cables by Mogami, Canare,Van Damme and Belden or 3-4 business days for our handcrafted cables Silvercord, Coppercord and Clio.
We may offer more than one delivery options for you to choose from depending on your location. Please note that choosing a faster delivery option does not affect the production and dispatch times mentioned above.
Returns:
We offer a 30 days return policy. If you wish to return an item please contact us at info@back-promo.co.uk within 15 days from the date you received your order. You will then have another 15 days to return the item to us. In addition to your statutory rights as defined by the law regarding returns and refunds, we will refund or offer replacement on items that may not be covered by our 30 days policy upon our discretion.
If an item is faulty or not as described, we will refund you the full amount of your order or offer a replacement and we will cover the cost of the return postage. Please do contact us in advance so that we can advise on a convenient return postage option. There is no need to keep or return the item in its original packaging but please ensure that it is packed well enough to reach us undamaged.
Also note that returned items (although may be used and not in original packaging) they should be in the condition you received them (untempered and free from any wear and tear). Do not attempt to repair or modify an item that you think it is faulty before getting in touch with us. Doing so, may affect your entitlement to a full refund.
If you received an item which appears to have been damaged in transit, you need to notify us immediately.
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or because it did not meet your expectations, in most cases you will have to cover the cost of the return postage.
In all cases we will do our best to ensure that you will be happy with the product you receive as well as the overall service we provide. However, we would like you to understand that our products are made to order and we are not able to handcraft items simply for the sake of trying them out or with the intention of using them for a cable “shoot-out”. So,please do contact us in advance if you have any specific requirements or questions regarding the cables and intended application.
