Pair of BELDEN 1694F interconnect cables
Low capacitance, 19AWG, 75 Ohm interconnect cable for line level, analogue audio applications.
The 1694F is a superb choice for those who prefer to use unbalanced interconnect cables for line level applications. Although it is rated as a high precision 75 Ohm digital cable, the 1694F is also an outstanding analogue audio interconnect cable. It has much higher specifications than most unbalanced audio cables that are typically used on analogue applications.
Its very low capacitance (53pF/m) along with a very heavy gauge conductor of 19AWG (stranded, bare copper) will meet and, exceed the requirements of the most demanding audio set-ups.
The 1694F is a heavily shielded cable; at the same time, it offers the advantage of a high degree of flexibility (taking into consideration its large size and heavy gauge conductor).
The 1694fF has a diameter of 7mm.
The qualities of the Belden 1694F are well documented. Overall, the Belden 1694F is the larger version of the 1505F (listed also in our Ebay shop). It is ideal for those who are not concerned with the larger size of he cable. While the 1505F wins in terms of a more flexible/slimmer profile, the 1694F offers substantial electrical advantages with a very generous 19AWG conductor and further reduced capacitance & resistance values.
